Rob's Guide Service

Rob is a great fisherman and tells it like it is as a speaker I really enjoyed his last visit to our club. Rob's topic will be steelhead in some of his favorite rivers like the Satsop, Wynoochee, Chehalis, Cowlitz, and Skykomish. Cheri's Famous
Smoke Salmon Dip

8 oz "Whipped" Cream Cheese

8 oz Sour Cream

16 oz Smoked Salmon
(Jensen's Smokehouse smoked our salmon this year)

Blend cream cheese and sour cream

Coarsely chop salmon and blend with cream mixture

Save larger pieces of chopped salmon and lightly blend

Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving
